Christine is a second-years master’s student in Bioinformatic at the University of Rouen Normandie. She previously obtainded a first master’s degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology with a strong focus on genetics and genomics, at Sorbonne University.

During her studies, she developed skills in genomics data analysis and bioinformatics. She completed a first internship in bioinformatics focused on the development of a web interface and databases for biological data management. She is currently involved in the developement of databases and web interface for multi-omics data within the Food2Gut projet, integrating transcriptomics, fermentation, and metabolomics data. Her work aims to facilitate the exploration and analysis of complex microbial datasets and to contribute to a better understanding of microbial ecosystem involved in food.
