Research technician
After obtaining her Advanced technician certificate in Bioanalysis and Controls. Inès did an apprenticeship as part of her bachelor’s degree in Bioindustries and Biotechnologies at Paris-Saclay, she worked at Inrae, at Micalis Institute, on Listeria monocytogenes to study its behaviour in relation to cold, pH and spatial distribution. Inès is now working as a technician in the Food Microbial Ecology team at the Micalis Institute, she takes part in EMOVOL project in collaboration with a food industry company.
